Do you have any stores front?

We do not have store front at the moment.

Are all of your products vegan?

The majority of our products are free of animal or animal-derived products; however, some contain goat’s milk, honey or beeswax. you may refer to the product descriptions and packaging.

What are your expiry dates?

All of our products are formulated to have a minimum shelf life of one to two years, unopened. Expiry dates are based on products being stored in a cool, dry place. More detailed you may refer to the product description.

Please note that as most of our products do not contain preservatives, heat, direct sunlight and humidity may impact the product’s shelf life.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery Options:

  • Local Shipping Rates: Parcel sent with Tracking Number
    • FREE shipping for purchase above S$99
    • A flat rate of $5 apply to order below S$99
  • International Shipping Rates (*All Parcel are Registered with Tracking Number)
    • All international shipping is provided by Singpost Airmail (Registered) / Shipping rates will be reflected during checkout.
    • Shipping rate will be computed according to shipping weight and destination.
    • Shipping rates are an estimate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver within Singapore and international addresses.

Changing of Delivery Information

Changing of shipping address is not available once the order has been processed

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

Please email us at Magicbabyco@gmail.com with your order number, and our customer service team will be most glad to assist you.

Do note that the delivery time is stated in good faith, and since it is not within our control, we are not be held responsible for any late delivery.

Wrong Address Indicated in Purchase

If the parcel was returned to us due to incorrect mailing address declared by the buyer, we will keep you informed and you may request for a re-delivery subjected to a re-delivery fee of $5. Parcels returned to us will be kept for a maximum of 3 months before disposal.
